He brings extensive experience as an entrepreneur and investor in energy, technology and industrial sectors, with a strong network across European policy and financial institutions.

He has a background spanning both operational roles in the defence industry and early-stage venture investing across the Nordic and European markets.

Maxime oversees deal execution and portfolio monitoring across the Expansion Ventures fund. He has deep expertise in financial structuring and technology due diligence, with prior experience in growth equity and corporate development roles within the European technology sector.

Benjamin manages the fund's investment pipeline and supports portfolio companies on business development and fundraising strategy. He has a background in aerospace engineering and has previously worked in consulting roles focused on defence procurement and technology strategy.
